The Russian Bishop's House served as a residence, school, and chapel. The Bishop's House was built in 1842 and became the center of Russian Orthodox church authority. However, in 1969 it was closed.… Full review by ITRT

In the summer, No. Tours of upstairs frequently. Downstairs museum just show up.
