This was our families first trip to Roanoke, Virginia and the first place we went was to Mill Mountain Park. We mainly stopped to see the star and get a view of the city. Now I can laugh at every oth… Full review by GoVols79

The Star is the Star, not much else to say. View is okay--bathrooms are very not okay. Looks like a reasonable attraction for locals, but wouldn't recommend more than a quick pass for tourists. Full review by Elizabeth G

There are parking lots, but you have to walk to the star for the view. It isn't far. Go on a sunny day.
