There is a n=nee-deepish river/creek good for cooling off but not swimming. It is a five minute walk within the park.

There's a bit of room, but I'm not sure you can get a cot in there. There is a bunk bed, a wood stove and a table inside, so it's pretty well filled in. I can provide some photos which I will …

It is not a problem. Go to the park website for complete information. We did not camp this last visit, but we have camped here in the past. It is magical camping under the redwoods.
