I haven't rented one in years, but I recall it being rather expensive. Something like a 2 hour minimum and approximately $20/hour.

No there is not. Check in to Bethel Horizons. It's a few miles away from Governor Dodge State Park by car but border each other. They offer opportunities that may be of interest.
