The Fundraising Regulator is the independent regulator of charitable fundraising in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We stand up for best practice in fundraising, in order to protect donors and support the vital work of fundraisers. The Fundraising Regulator is responsible for setting and maintaining the UK fundraising standards in the Code of Fundraising Practice, handling complaints about fundraising and operating the Fundraising Preference Service.
