Come hang out in Fretwell, a community gathering space located a few steps off the Mary Black Rail Trail in downtown Spartanburg, SC. A community hub where folks can eat, drink and socialize, Fretwell is Spartanburg's newest family-friendly, dog-friendly hang-out. Local artists take the stage at our live music venue most days, and there are Trivia nights, movie nights, yoga on the lawn, and other fun activies scheduled on our green space throughout the year. Little River Roasting Company is now open with a full coffee roaster and coffee bar, and The Spartan serves snacks, beer and wine from a restored Spartan Mansion. In summer, the Wednesday evening Farmers' Market includes food trucks and live music.
