Which is the best tea plantation to visit in Nuwara Eliya. A scenic serene place with green plantations that you can walk into, take great photos & see the women picking tea. A place that offers tea tasting.

Hi, Tea pickers work throughout the year but each day they take different sections. You can see them in the estate in different areas with the help of the Estate guide, who are readily available to assist you in the factory premises. Also, there are pickers in the factory premises who could demonstrate tea picking in the garden. Also, on your way to Nuwara Eliya, there are many estates along the road on both sides about 40 Kms. Stretch so you could see many tea pickers in the morning hours. You can stop anywhere if there are enough space. Beautiful scenery on both sides. Enjoy.
