I have read that it is ideal to book the Tombori River cruise for the night, what do you think about Ebisu? we will be there on a Wednesday night, so hopefully not too busy? Definitely do the river cruise after dark, and make sure to book. The river cruises are very popular. Check the Ebisu ferris wheel is open on a Wednesday, it’s not open everyday of the week. Again best to do the ferris wheel after dark. We didn’t do the river cruise, but saw many of them. The Ebisu was great!! Have fun in Osaka!!
