Hello. I work at Dudley Farm, and will answer your question to the best of my ability. Dudley Farm Historic State Park is mostly mobile scooter friendly. The Visitor Center area is completely ADA friendly. There is a sidewalk that leads to the farmstead for about 1/3 of the way. The rest of the terrain to the farm is fairly compact soil and grass. There are a few small roots that you can maneuvered around on the way there. The buildings are unfortunately not all accessible to a scooter. Your husband can maneuver to the door of the buildings and peer in though. The main building, the house is not ADA friendly at the moment. The elevator has broken down so is not working. We are in the process of acquiring funds, and ordering the materials to make this building accessible to all. The trail that leads away form the house on the west side is very sandy and I would not recommend that for the scooter. We do have a tram that you can utilize for your husband if he wishes to use it. Though, depending on the scooters size, it might not fit into the wheelchair area. I hope this information helps with your question. Please let me know if you need any other assistance. Thank you.
