Our beautiful and spacious home is a 4-bedroom townhouse within the Banana Bay community. Our townhouse is a waterfront end unit with lots of privacy. It has two suite bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms(1 upstairs/1 downstairs). Upstairs you will also find two large bedrooms, each with 2 queen beds that adjoin a full bathroom and the other with two queen beds. High ceilings throughout the home enhance the large roomy living and sleeping area. Our patio sits on the white sand of Banana Bay's private community beach. Calm ocean salt-water, perfect for small children, who will love searching for hermit crabs and collecting seashells. You can sit on the patio for a cool evening drink and enjoy the beautiful sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway, watch the dolphins swim with the tide and the barges move up and down the waterway. Johnson's Beach is just a short 5-minute drive away from the townhouse. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy a day swimming and playing in the Gulf of Mexico.
